ABOUT ME
Steve Rowan is a Law graduate, Chartered Accountant and accredited executive coach and is the founder of executive career coaching, mentoring and professional services advisory firm Mountain Ash Coaching & Advisory Ltd. Having gained his accounting qualification with Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte) in London and after a short period in the merchant banking sector, he spent over 30 years in senior management roles in international law firms. From December 2015 to December 2023, he served as CFO and Executive Board member at RPC LLP before deciding to pursue a portfolio career focused on helping talented, high performing individuals achieve their career goals.

I have spent much of my professional career managing and coaching the career progression of highly talented professionals, both business services and client facing associates and partners. Determined to see people achieve their career potential and business & personal goals, I work with talented, high-performing individuals and teams, primarily but not exclusively in professional services organisations, to help them achieve positive transformational change. I help them achieve their goals, be they working towards promotion, addressing workplace issues affecting performance, confronting and navigating career transitions right through to considering late career option and decisions.
An accredited executive coach, experienced mentor and with over 30 years' senior management experience, I work to enable leaders to refine their mindset, enhance performance, and make confident, impactful decisions at every stage of their career journey.
