Steve Rowan
I am an accredited executive coach, chartered accountant and former CFO, Law Graduate and the founder of Mountain Ash Coaching & Advisory Ltd, a business combining executive coaching, mentoring & advising high-performing, senior professionals in or progressing towards senior leadership roles. I focus on helping clients' leadership effectiveness, career progression and during periods of career transition, with an understanding that factors outside the work environment regularly play a significant role in real positive change. I have over 30 years' senior leadership experience and over 20 at director and C-suite level. From December 2015 to December 2023, I served as CFO and Board member at RPC LLP before deciding to employ my experience through executive coaching and mentoring for the benefit of high potential, talented professionals and teams.
Outside of my business I am also a volunteer advisory board member of Fifth Day Limited, an organisation linking business services professionals in the legal sector to skills-based volunteering opportunities and I am on the Advisory Board of and the current Chair of the Finance & Operations Group of The Managing Partners Forum.
