I leverage my extensive experience in both large and mid-sized international professional services firms to provide strategic and organisational advisory services to businesses operating in the UK and globally. I also act as a Senior Advisor and mentor to senior professionals encountering a period of career transition. 
 

With a strong background in senior leadership in financial, BD and general management roles within UK- and US-headquartered law firms, I have worked extensively across key markets, including East Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, China), as well as the US, Turkey, Russia, and Kazakhstan. My expertise includes due diligence, integration, and management in three major law firm mergers, one restructuring, and multiple international office openings—alongside experience in assessing and managing potential but ultimately abandoned transactions.
 

Before entering the legal sector, I spent over a year in a London merchant bank, where I handled project accounting and managed the wind-down of a car leasing business in administration.
 

I also serve as a Non-Executive Director for a small manufacturing business, bringing additional commercial insight to my advisory work and on the Advisory Board of Fifth Day Limited (providing access to skills-based volunteering opportunities for law firm business services professionals via Reach Volunteering) and of the Managing Partners' Forum.
