Coaching is a collaborative process that fosters personal and professional growth. As an accredited executive coach, I provide the right balance of support and challenge, helping clients discover their own solutions, take meaningful action, and achieve their goals. While coaching is not therapy, it can address personal matters that impact professional performance.
I believe strongly in each individual’s potential and tailor my approach to help clients recognize and achieve it. Through deep listening, genuine support, and strategic challenge, I work with professionals to enhance their leadership and management skills for personal and organisational success. For those senior professionals who may be in a period of career transition, I help them review their situation, consider their options and plan for their next steps. And for those senior leaders in the later stages of their career, I help them consider their goals and make plans for their steps.
Leveraging decades of C-suite experience in law firm management, I coach professionals at all career stages—from leadership transitions to the consideration of options in late career. I am accredited as an Executive Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
