Coaching is a collaborative process that fosters personal and professional growth. As an EMCC-accredited executive coach, I provide the right balance of support and challenge, helping clients discover their own solutions, take meaningful action, and achieve their goals. While coaching is not therapy, it can address personal matters that impact professional performance.

Leveraging over three decades of C-suite and senior executive level experience in law firm management as Deputy COO and CFO, I coach professionals at all career stages—from leadership transitions to the consideration of options in late career. I am accredited as an Executive Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
